The role involves coordinating sampling, sourcing materials, monitoring production schedules, ensuring quality, and maintaining strong communication with clients to meet deadlines and product standards. Key Responsibilities: • Communicate with buyers to understand product requirements and specifications. • Develop samples and coordinate approvals before bulk production. • Source and negotiate with suppliers for fabrics, trims, and accessories. • Plan and monitor production timelines to ensure on-time delivery. • Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams. • Maintain order tracking sheets and report status updates to management. • Ensure product quality standards meet buyer expectations. • Manage costing, pricing, and order confirmation documentation.
