Assistant Merchandiser

Main Duties and Responsibilities

A) Product Development & Sampling

· Prepare product presentations for buyers’ selection

· Place sample orders with factories, suppliers and process houses.

· Follow up with factories & suppliers for timely delivery of samples and trims & accessory requirements.

· Ensure that samples are made as per customers’ requirements.

· Prepare product swatch cards / Tech packs.

· Enter product related data in Company’s ERP

B) Order Processing

· Update the Order Processing sheet and release to production team.

· Take instructions from seniors and coordinate with respective teams.

· Check labelling & packaging artworks & layouts.

· Regularly communicate with Operations team for shipment and sampling updates.

· Coordinate with logistics team for dispatch

· Assist in managing issues, on part of the customer (CAD approvals)

Knowledge & Skill:

1. Experience 1–2 years of relevant experience in an assistant, coordination, or administrative role

2. Graduate in any discipline

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills

4. Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and follow-up ability

5. Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
