Location: Andheri E - MIDC
Key responsibilities:
· Conduct research on trends, customer preferences, styling, and price points; analyze mood boards to decide suitable materials, motifs, and colors
· Understand merchandising requirements and buyer inputs.
· Ensure accuracy and alignment with buyer and merchandising inputs
· Prepare, review, and revise CADs for approvals and sampling
· Coordinate with merchandisers on buyer feedback, finalize production-ready designs, and maintain organized design files and daily submission records
· Address design-related queries from merchandising, sourcing, production, suppliers, and clients, providing technical clarity as needed
· Collaboration with team and clients
SKILLS
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop software
· Trend forecasting and market research skills
· Collaboration with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams
· Strong visualization and presentation skills
· Time management and ability to meet deadlines
