Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners. Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and product presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Merchandising: Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams to meet client requirements. Understand client specifications and ensure product development aligns with their expectations. Handle costing, pricing, and approvals of samples. Monitor order execution timelines – from fabric sourcing, cutting, printing, stitching, finishing to packing. Liaise with quality control to ensure products meet company standards and client specifications. Oversee dispatch and documentation for smooth delivery. Coordination & Reporting: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (design, production, QC, logistics). Maintain records of inquiries, samples, and orders for reporting and analysis. Provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline, order status, and client feedback. Skills & Competencies Required Strong communication & negotiation skills. Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, printing techniques, and eco-friendly materials. Analytical skills for costing, pricing, and market trends. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office/Excel, email correspondence, and documentation.
