Job Description We are looking for a creative and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all digital campaigns across various online platforms. The role involves social media management, paid advertisements, influencer collaborations, customer engagement, and analytics tracking to ensure business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of digital marketing including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid ads. Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase salon footfall and online bookings. Develop and maintain the content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and influencers to create high-quality content. Track performance metrics such as leads, bookings, reach, and engagement, and prepare reports. Run promotional campaigns, contests, and seasonal offers to attract customers. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant field. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Google Ads, and analytics tools. Ability to create engaging campaigns and drive measurable results. Creative mindset with strong communication and analytical skills. Experience in lifestyle, salon, spa, or luxury brand marketing will be an added advantage.
