About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Professional from the mobile handset retail industry with strong expertise in BTL Marketing, Retail Marketing , Retailer Engagement and Vendor Management. The candidate will be responsible for driving retail visibility, in-shop branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and support sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL activities such as roadshows, in-shop promotions, college activations, RWA programs, mall activations, and product launches.
• Manage retail branding (POSM, signage, displays, dealer boards, kiosks) across mobile handset retail outlets and distributors.
• Handle vendor management – negotiation, onboarding, billing, and ensuring timely execution.
• Retailer Relationship building and management.
• Monitor and evaluate budget utilization, ROI of marketing campaigns, and brand visibility at the store level.
• Coordinate with sales teams, channel partners, and distributors to drive effective marketing campaigns.
• Track competitor marketing activities in handset retail and suggest innovative strategies.
• Support new handset launches with activations, promotional tie-ups, and retail branding.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports on marketing execution and spend.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of BTL and retail marketing in the mobile handset industry.
• Proven ability in vendor management and coordination with retailers.
• Budget planning and ROI-driven campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in BTL/Retail Marketing roles in Mobile Handset or Consumer Electronics companies.
• Previous experience with brands like Oppo, Vivo, Lava, Samsung, Nokia, Xiaomi, Realme, Micromax will be preferred.
