Job Description

We are seeking a highly-skilled, adaptable, and reliable Assistant Marketing Manager. In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals who plan and implement our sales, marketing, and promotional activities. You should be familiar with analysis and market research, product and service promotion, and anticipation of customer behavior.

  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand new & existing market share.
  • Creating and implementing strategies to promote the company's new & existing products/services and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies both online and offline to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure effective brand positioning.
  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales and marketing performance of each product wise and that of the company as a whole.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Not less than 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to generate creative ideas and solutions for marketing campaigns.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹30,000/-and above, based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹30,001.00 per month

  • Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
