Assistant Marketing Manager

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Collaborating with designers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports on key metrics.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to analyze customer trends and competitor activities.
• Manage social media accounts and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with media outlets, agencies, and external partners.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s messaging and guidelines.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
