Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive creative Assistant Manager – Marketing to support and execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital platforms, branding strategies, and public relations events. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong brand visibility and engagement.


Key Responsibilities - Digital Marketing

• Help develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media through content development, compset analysis

• Coordinate with agencies or internal teams to create and publish engaging content.

• Optimize digital campaigns based on performance insights.


Key Responsibilities - Branding

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

• Assist in creating brand collateral including brochures, decks, and internal communication.

• Support the implementation of brand stores launches and services after.

• Work closely with creative and design teams for visual and messaging alignment.


Key Responsibilities - PR & Events

• Plan and execute PR campaigns and liaise with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers.

• Coordinate with PR agency for media coverage and press releases for product launches and events.

• Manage marketing presence at industry events, exhibitions, and corporate functions.

• Work with event partners/vendors for logistics, branding, and on-site coordination for our marquee events, dealer ship expos etc.


Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, branding, or PR/events.

• Strong understanding of marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.

• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

• Creative thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
