Job Summary:The General Manager - Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of Burger Farm India Pvt Ltd by developing and implementing sound financial strategies. The incumbent will ensure effective financial planning, risk management, compliance, and strategic decision-making to drive profitability and operational efficiency. Qualifications and Experience:CAMinimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the food & beverage or retail industry.Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate finance.Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing finance team.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager. The Shift Manager will be responsible for managing a team, leading by example, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Shift Manager will be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, managing inventory, tracking sales and finances, and providing feedback and training to team members. The Shift Manager must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
