Role Overview

We are seeking a smart, hands-on Assistant Manager of Marketing with 2–5 years of experience—preferably with some exposure to the aviation industry. The ideal candidate is resourceful, energetic, and passionate about delivering impactful marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to build brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
  • Support and manage social media strategy and content calendar.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and vendors for campaign assets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.
  • Support PR initiatives and corporate communications.
  • Assist senior management with marketing presentations and proposals.
  • Be ready to take on hands-on work as needed in a fast-paced environment.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to aviation, travel, hospitality, or transport industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends.
  • Ability to write content using AI tools available in the market.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Should be able to run paid media ads (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Instagram Ads).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
