As we continue to grow, we need a Assistant Marketing Manager to take our brand to the next level!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.

✅ Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, PPC, influencer marketing, and email marketing.

✅ Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand collaborations.

✅ Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.

✅ Work closely with designers, content creators, and agencies to produce engaging content.

✅ Monitor and optimize marketing performance for maximum ROI.

What We’re Looking For:

Finished there bachelors in BBA

Preferably 6 months of experience in marketing (preferably in beauty, skincare, haircare, or FMCG).

Strong expertise in social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and content creation.

Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools.

Excellent communication, analytical, and creative skills.

Experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing is a plus!

Deep understanding of skincare and haircare

Salary - ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 (Depending on the experience )

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
