Specific tasks and responsibilities:

  • Identify as well as create opportunities for engaging employees of corporates as volunteers with Magic Bus.
  • Ensure financial support from the corporates via employee volunteering on a sustainable basis.
  • Self-sustaining practices for Retention of existing donors and growing grant/donation sizes
  • Plan and execute the annual employee engagement plan with various corporate donors.
  • Responsible for good CRM .
  • Play the role of an effective spokesperson between the Magic Bus and respective donor organizations
  • Custodian of data and analytics with reference to the progress and monitoring of program
  • Organizing kick off meeting with project stakeholders both internal and external
  • Ensure seamless communications and management of Corporate donors
  • Effective management of program budgets and transparent reporting back to the donor
  • To coordinate donor engagement activities
  • To organize project reviews at regular intervals and monitor progress
  • Timely submission of donor reports (financial and programmatic).

Desired Competencies:

  • Experience of on-boarding as well as engaging corporate volunteers.
  • Good skills at managing volunteering sessions / events etc.

  • Experience in CRM from Corporate donors
  • Experience in managing key account
  • Experience in overseeing clients and programs Ability to drive complex projects in a timely manner.
  • Ability to travel across the Magic Bus markets
  • Ability to work effectively with huge Data as well as analyse them
  • Very good with MS Excel and Power point
  • Entrepreneurial, with high-energy levels and the passion to succeed
  • Have strong networking skills and relationship orientation
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have impeccable integrity and high personal ethics.

Qualification & Work experience:

  • Any Graduate in Social work or other social sciences relevant to the development sector
  • 2 to 7 years experience in raising Corporate donor management for Non-profits.
  • Awareness reflects engagement with diverse sectoral issues, especially on education, adolescent empowerment and rural development.
