Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

As a Medical Operations professional in Bangalore with 5-10 years of experience, you will have the following responsibilities: - Manage and ensure coordination within medical services to deliver on service quality standards. - Monitor clinical and other established indicators to ensure ongoing quality assurance. - Implement and adhere to SOPs in all Clinical Specialties, conducting regular Medical Audits. Strictly adhere to organizations regulations and policies, especially those related to infection control, patient safety, and JCI/NABH. - Ensure that proper Standard Operative Procedures are in place for the efficient care of patients (Admission, care & Discharge). - Set up and ensure the regular functioning of clinical/ Nonclinical committees, in consultation with the Medical Superintendent. - Support Continuous Quality Improvement and participate and contribute to all the quality assurance activities of the service. - Work closely with the Nursing Superintendent to ensure a high standard of patient care. - Ensure continuity of patient care by preparing and adhering to duty rosters for Medical Officers, Technicians, paramedical staff, and nurses. - Participate and contribute to scheduled in-service training programs and other quality assurance activities. - Exercise effective interpersonal skills in dealings with department staff, associates, and Management. - Maintain confidentiality as per the agreement signed. - Demonstrate the ability to listen to others in promoting effective communication. - Develop a thorough understanding of hospital policies and procedures and demonstrate respect for them. - Coordinate with the Emergency team for all medico-legal cases received at the hospital. - Coordinate with the Marketing team in organizing medical camps/CMEs within & outside the hospital. - Coordinate with the HR team in recruiting staff and facilitating Induction. - Carry out other duties as requested by the Head of the department.
