Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Manage treasury and cash management operations and helps develop strategies to maximize efficiencies, safeguard assets and minimize costs.Monitoring and forecasting of medium and long-term fundingEnsures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities.Recommends and implements improvements to current cash management processes.Assists in managing and maintaining company’s banking infrastructure, including bank and brokerage relationships.Identifies cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities related to treasury.Oversees cash functions, including cash positioning, cash reporting and forecasting, short-term investing and borrowing, wire payments, fraud prevention, FX management and hedging, bank account setup and maintenance, and bank relationship management.Understands and manages appropriate procedures and processes around month-end and quarter-close activity.Working closely with the business to minimize financial risks.Ensuring RBI and FEMA compliance, Ensuring timely reporting of ODI and APR.Monitoring and managing the various Bank Guarantees, Ensuring timely closing/renewal of Bank Guarantees.

Requirements

Working Experience with ERP(SAP), IND-AS Knowledge is preferred, Knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Power point.Abilities to work independently, Consensus Building, Presentation Skills, Strategic Planning.5-8 years of relevant experience in Finance and Banking.
