Responsibilities

Workforce Planning: Oversee end-to-end WFM functions including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of WFM analysts, ensuring optimal staffing and SLA adherence.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze WFM reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with operations and other departments to align staffing with business requirements.
Strategy Implementation: Drive process improvements and WFM best practices across the team.
Compliance & Adherence: Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and schedules.
Shift Management: Work in rotational US shifts and manage the team accordingly.
