Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Vendor Development specializing in Casting and Plastic Commodity. This full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot involves vendor sourcing, fostering strong vendor relationships, and negotiating contracts. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of high-quality components, managing contracts, and analyzing vendor performance to drive improvements and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Procurement and Vendor Sourcing
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing vendor performance and cost benefits
• Effective Communication skills for vendor relationship management
• Proficiency in relevant software and data analysis tools
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role in Rajkot
