Job Description

Conduct process documentation as per ISO standards, conduct and review sampling strategy in the process.
Conduct root cause analysis for process improvements, conduct MSA as per schedule, Drive and conduct process compliance, Drive and conduct audits, conduct baseline and analyze CTQs, Drive brainwave in the process, Drive open forums/best practice sharing sessions, YB six sigma improvement project to be certified, successfully completed GB DMAIC training and YB test within 12 months of role.
Successfully complete ISO training. Working on the product and helping the team members to achieve deadlines.
Provided timely reports, provide the daily update to all team members, updates and system entries as required by internal and external management.
Understand and abide by the importance of discipline, punctuality and protocol.
Communicate with client on calibration and weekly connect for sharing quality updates and observations.
Present Quality details in weekly client connects

Qualifications

Graduate, Hold has strong deposition to learn, Strong analytical skills, Creative problems solving skills.

Concern for accuracy and improvement orientation, Process Knowledge, Basic excel knowledge, ready to work in extending hours, ready to work in evening and night shifts. Ability to handle stress, Good command over English. Good Knowledge of MS Excel.

Should be ok to work in US shifts
