Assistant Manager - Transactional Quality - Vizag

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for conducting various quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvements within the organization. Your role will involve conducting process documentation as per ISO standards, implementing sampling strategies, root cause analysis, and process compliance activities. Additionally, you will be required to drive audits, baseline studies, and brainwave sessions to enhance process efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct process documentation as per ISO standards - Review and implement sampling strategies - Perform root cause analysis for process improvements - Drive and ensure process compliance - Conduct audits and baseline studies - Define realistic targets and identify critical to quality factors - Facilitate brainwave sessions and best practice sharing - Provide timely reports and evidence of defects - Highlight risks to internal stakeholders - Recommend corrective actions based on performance checks - Work on continuous improvement projects such as YB Six Sigma - Complete ISO training within the specified timeframe - Collaborate with team members to achieve project deadlines - Maintain regular updates and system entries as required - Demonstrate discipline, punctuality, and protocol adherence Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree - 2 to 3 years of experience in Total Quality (TQ) quality - Strong deposition to learn - Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills - Process knowledge and basic Excel proficiency - Willingness to work extended hours, evening, and night shifts - Ability to handle stress and good command over English - Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI Company Details: (Omit if not present in the job description),
