Job Description

Role Details:

The eligible candidate is expected to work closely with the Credit team to identify development areas of Credit officers.
Subsequently, work to co-create structured learning intervention under guidance of the training lead using multiple learning methodologies.
Track performance of new hires post induction batches.
Support Assistant Managers & Team Leads by way of performance enhancement programs for new & existing Credit officers on specific performance indicators.

Minimum Qualifications:

Overall work experience
: 4 years+
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Strong Presentation skills, both creation & delivery
Sound knowledge of MS-PPT, MS-Excel & MS-Word
Knowledge of Finance industry will be preferred
