Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Training with strong BPO training expertise. The role requires someone who can design, implement, and monitor effective training programs to enhance productivity, customer handling, and communication skills of our telecalling and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) for BPO/voice and non-voice processes.
• Deliver product, process, and soft skills training to new hires and existing employees.
• Implement floor support & refresher training sessions to improve performance.
• Monitor training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and quality audits.
• Develop training modules, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to bridge performance gaps.
• Maintain reports on training delivery, effectiveness, and employee progress.

Skills & Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–5 years of experience in Training (BPO/Call Center/Telecalling).
• Strong knowledge of sales training, customer service, and objection handling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train on voice modulation, empathy, active listening, and soft skills.
• Experience with role-plays, mock calls, and floor support in BPO environments.
• Strong organizational and leadership qualities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
