Assistant Manager Training

You will be responsible for conducting New Hire Orientation Program for onboarding candidates and assessing them on various parameters for certification. Additionally, you will enhance their knowledge about company products, policies, processes, and services. Giving On Job Training to new employees in their initial 3 months and monitoring their productivity regularly will be a key part of your role. Identifying training needs through collaboration with management and counseling sessions will also be crucial. You will conduct motivational sessions for high vintage low performing employees, audit calls of the DIP callers, and provide training on Upsell to Sales Executives.
