Assistant Manager Training

You will be responsible for conducting process training for the AM role at Star Secutech Pvt Ltd. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having a minimum of 8 years of overall work experience with at least 5 years of experience as a process trainer in International Voice background. - Holding a Bachelor's degree with any specification and certifications in training and instructional design will be preferred. - Possessing certifications in TEFL and IELTS training experience will be an added advantage. - Demonstrating expertise in Training need identification, analysis, and evaluation. - Being proficient in basic English language training. - Having exposure to Training Need Analysis (TNA), Training Need Evaluation (TNE), and Training Need Identification (TNI).
