You will be responsible for providing personalized guidance and mentoring to students who are preparing for the UPSC Examination. Your main tasks will include conducting one-on-one counselling sessions to evaluate students" objectives, current preparation status, and obstacles they may be facing. Additionally, you will be guiding them on effective exam strategies, creating study schedules, and assisting in selecting the right optional subjects. It will be part of your role to organize and conduct career guidance workshops and motivational talks on a regular basis. Staying updated with the latest changes in the UPSC syllabus, exam pattern, and trends is crucial to ensure accurate guidance to the students. You will be expected to help students create individualized study plans tailored to their strengths and areas needing improvement. Furthermore, you will be addressing any inquiries related to the different stages of the exam (Prelims, Mains, Interview), eligibility criteria, and application processes. Collaboration with the faculty members to monitor the progress of students and identify any additional support required will also be essential. Providing support in mock interview preparations and enhancing students" personality development skills will be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining detailed records of student interactions, progress reports, and feedback will be necessary to track the development of each student effectively. You will be responsible for conducting New Hire Orientation Programs to onboard candidates and evaluate them based on various parameters for certification. Enhancing their understanding of company products, policies, processes, and services will be a key aspect of your role. Providing On Job Training to newly joined employees during their initial 3 months and monitoring their productivity regularly will be crucial for their development.
