**Job Description:** As an Assistant responsible for identifying and addressing employee and organizational development needs, you will be assisting in ensuring effective training programs are in place to achieve desired business results. Your role will involve conducting needs assessments, designing and developing training programs, and facilitating the delivery of custom and corporate training programs. It will be essential for you to measure the effectiveness of training to ensure a return on investment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Promote and inform employees about all training programs. - Display leadership in guest hospitality and exemplify excellent customer service. - Help employees identify behaviors contributing to service excellence. - Ensure ongoing training for employees to understand guest expectations. - Use effective training methods to enhance employee understanding of guest satisfaction skills. - Meet regularly with training cadre to support training efforts. - Observe service behaviors and provide feedback to individuals and managers. - Monitor enrollment and attendance at training classes. - Assess progress and address concerns with participants. - Partner with operational leaders to evaluate employee skills. - Review data to identify areas of improvement. - Measure transfer of learning from training to operations. - Align training programs with key business indicators. - Develop specific training to enhance service performance. - Drive brand values in all training and development activities. - Incorporate guest satisfaction in departmental meetings for continuous improvement. - Assist in developing and managing the training budget. - Manage budget in alignment with financial goals. - Control departmental expenditures using appropriate methods. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-year degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 1 year of experience in HR or related field, certified trainer. - OR 4-year bachelor's degree in the mentioned majors with certification as a trainer, no work experience required.
