**Job Description:** As an SME specializing in Screening Solution Systems at the leading financial institution in MENA, you will play a crucial role in managing change requests and optimizing the bank's screening solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing implementation support, upgrades, and optimization of Screening Solution Systems - Delivering proposed architectural solutions and managing change initiatives - Identifying and escalating system control and compliance issues, assessing related risks, and making recommendations for resolution - Efficiently managing resources and prioritizing system enhancements and upgrades - Prioritizing defects and issues for timely resolution - Developing automation to streamline manual processes - Creating detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for reported incidents - Identifying and managing risks, as well as remediating them - Understanding the interdependence between technology, operations, and business needs - Acting as an internal quality control check for the platform owner - Conducting proactive data analytics work and ensuring data quality and integrity - Ensuring compliance of systems with bank governance policy - Proposing enhancements to Compliance systems for efficiency and financial crime risk management - Delivering customized reports to business based on adhoc requirements - Supervising support analysts and coordinating cross-functional efforts - Providing training and guidance on Fircosoft systems and support procedures - Ensuring alignment of screening systems with regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies - Generating and reviewing audit logs, screening reports, and exception handling documentation - Liaising with third-party vendors for product support and enhancements - Communicating effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver solutions - Planning and executing regular system maintenance, patching, and upgrades - Monitoring system performance, logs, and alerts for timely issue resolution - Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for incident management and escalations **Qualifications Required:** - Proven knowledge in Fircosoft screening solutions - Good knowledge of Fircosoft Continuity, Trust, FSK Screen & Keep - Prior experience with De-rap, ERF, Pairing, Stripping detector is an added advantage - Awareness of global standards in AML, KYC, FATF, Sanctions - Expertise in exploring tools to connect with Linux and Windows OS - Strong system integration experience - Banking domain knowledge - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's Degree in computer science or similar field - Financial Crime qualifications is an added advantage - 8-14 years of experience in financial services or IT sector - ITIL certification or similar service management credentials - Experience with automation and scripting for support tasks (Note: The additional details about the company have been omitted from the Job Description as per the instructions provided),
