Role & responsibilities Lead mass hiring campaigns for sales and pre-sales roles in IT hardware, enterprise solutions, and cloud technologies . Partner with sales leadership to forecast headcount and develop hiring plans aligned with business goals. Drive sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, and hiring events. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including JD finalization, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding. Utilize data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and process improvements. Ensure fast turnaround time and a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Build a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Development teams to support business ramp-ups and talent readiness. Preferred candidate profile 8+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on mass or bulk hiring , especially in: Computer hardware (e.g., servers, storage, network equipment) Enterprise IT solutions (e.g., infrastructure, managed services, SaaS) Cloud sales roles (e.g., Cloud Account Managers, Solution Consultants) Strong experience managing large hiring volumes and aggressive deadlines. Familiarity with job roles across inside sales, field sales, channel sales, and cloud product sales. Hands-on experience with modern ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, etc.). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
