Title/Designation IT - Assistant Manager Functional Reporting IT Head (Global)Level Mid Management Location Mumbai, India

Mandatory Qualification : Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information

technology, engineering, or related field

Professional Qualifications/ Certifications: VMWARE, pmp, prince2
Years of relevant/ functional experience : 5 - 8yrs in implementation of infra & Applications and ERP.
Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure components,

including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services.

Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of infrastructure systems to meet business

requirements.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve infrastructure efficiency and

performance.

Management of Microsoft o365.
Application Development and Support:
Lead the development and deployment of custom applications and software solutions to support

business processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and prioritize development

efforts.

Manage a team of developers and software engineers, providing guidance and support throughout

the development lifecycle.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and quality assurance processes.
Implementation of ERP like SAP, Microsoft Dynamic experience is a must.
Worked on applications backend of Java, PHP, and dotnet.
Managing and maintaining inhouse application like HRMS, CRM, DMS, Supply chain, TMS etc.
Team Collaboration:
Be a team player with other IT team members spread across globe, fostering a culture of

innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Set clear goals and objectives for team members and regularly evaluate performance against

established metrics.

Security and Compliance:
Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the organization's

data and systems from internal and external threats.

Monitor security events and incidents and respond promptly to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.
Stay current on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to IT security and compliance

and ensure organizational compliance with applicable standards.
