Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited is a Bangalore-based manufacturer specializing in complex tooling, mechanical assemblies, and precision components for the aerospace and power generation sectors. The company is AS9100 Rev D, ISO 9001 & ISO45001 certified, with over 90% of sales exported, primarily to Europe and the US. We are experts in producing a wide range of engine tools and fabricated structures, from below 0.5m to over 4m. Our precision parts are supplied to both the aerospace industry and general industries.

Role Description

As a Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving our inorganic expansion plans, contributing to the identification, assessment, and integration of potential acquisitions both in India and the US. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in all aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions, with a strong preference for those with a background in mechanical manufacturing.

Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 8-12 years in store management

Industry: Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is essential

• Must have worked using ERP
• Ensure that all material is available in sufficient quantity at all the time and there is zero production loss due to non-availability of material.
• Ensure that all items are stored at designated place only.
• Responsible for the overall operations of the company's warehousing aspects & managing / foreseeing all warehouse operations & reports in ERP module.
• Prepare and update all required paperwork like GRN, Invoicing & DC on regular basis and ensure accuracy in all inventory records and resolve for issues if any.
• Ensure that physical verification is carried out of the entire inventory every month end and resolve for inaccuracies if any & reporting to the concerned (Material reconciliation).
• Determine and ensure security of all materials and arrange for all shipments as per requirement.
• Hands-on experience on 5S, stores data management, stores labour management
• Should have the leadership skills: With Team working knowledge, Accountability and delegating the work. • Good at managing the work on time.
• Agile in terms of meeting operation requirement.
