Job Description

As an Assistant Manager at the language training centre in Mohali, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and growth of the institute. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Operational Support: Assisting in the management of day-to-day centre operations to ensure smooth functioning of all classes and services. - Team Coordination: Supporting and coordinating with trainers for IELTS, PTE, English, French, and German to maintain teaching quality and schedules. - Student Support: Interacting with students and parents, resolving queries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. - Academic Oversight: Monitoring student progress, managing attendance records, and ensuring feedback mechanisms are in place. - Marketing & Outreach: Assisting in local marketing initiatives, student outreach activities, and lead follow-up. - Administrative Tasks: Helping with scheduling, reporting, maintaining student records, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. - Quality Control: Ensuring that the training programs meet expected standards and improve upon student outcomes. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in education or management are a plus. - Must have personally taken the IELTS or PTE exam (proof required). - Minimum 2 years of experience in the education or training sector. - Excellent command over spoken and written English. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM or ERP systems. Desired skills for this position include: - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Professional demeanor and a passion for education. - Knowledge of French or German (optional, but a plus).
