Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic International Language Trainer for French and/or German to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and must have appeared for IELTS or PTE (proof required). This role involves delivering engaging language sessions, supporting learners at various proficiency levels, and contributing to curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training in French and/or German to students of different age groups and learning goals.
• Design, plan, and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ proficiency levels and objectives.
• Use modern teaching tools and methods to enhance language learning and retention.
• Prepare students for relevant language proficiency exams, where applicable (DELF/DALF, Goethe exams).
• Maintain regular student progress reports and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers (IELTS, PTE, English) to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.
• Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and development sessions.
• Support the centre in language-related queries or translation tasks when needed.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proficiency in French and/or German – minimum B2 level certification (DELF/DALF, Goethe-Institut, or equivalent).
• Excellent command over English (spoken and written).
• Must have personally taken the IELTS or PTE exam (scorecard proof required).
• Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
• Experience in teaching/training, preferably in a language institute or school environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Languages, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
• Familiarity with blended or digital learning tools.
• Knowledge of CEFR levels and international testing frameworks.
• Friendly, student-centric attitude and passion for teaching.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
