Responsibilities:·

• Lead and supervise the electrical service team to ensure timely and efficient customer support.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in equipment, drives, PLCs, and control systems.
• Ensure proper installation, commissioning, and servicing of electrical systems/machines.
• Maintain service records, prepare reports, and track service performance metrics.
• Coordinate with customers for technical support, complaint resolution, and service feedback.
• Train and mentor junior engineers/technicians on electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Assist in developing service strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams for technical inputs and service improvements.
