Assistant Manager Service

You will be responsible for the maintenance of industrial equipment. This includes maintaining material consumption reports, service call reports, pre-maintenance reports, and the call log register. Your role will involve taking initiatives to reduce repair maintenance costs by visiting customers to understand their issues and providing appropriate solutions. You will also be responsible for pre and post-breakdown maintenance. Hands-on experience with industrial equipment is required for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Handling customer complaints in the field across India - Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment - Planning the team for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), breakdowns, and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) quotations - Handling customer calls, providing guidance, and directing the service team accordingly - Troubleshooting Material Handling Equipment (MHE), repairing, and maintaining equipment Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - 5-6 years of relevant experience in industrial equipment maintenance Please note that the location of this position is in Aurangabad.
