Assistant Manager Service

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager - Service (Electricals) at our company located in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the electrical service team to ensure timely and efficient customer support. Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues, and ensuring proper installation and servicing of electrical systems/machines. You will also be expected to maintain service records, prepare reports, track service performance metrics, and coordinate with customers for technical support and complaint resolution. Additionally, you will train and mentor junior engineers/technicians, ensure compliance with safety standards, assist in developing service strategies, and collaborate with other teams for technical inputs and service improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise the electrical service team - Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities - Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues - Ensure proper installation and servicing of electrical systems - Maintain service records, prepare reports, and track metrics - Coordinate with customers for technical support and complaint resolution - Train and mentor junior engineers/technicians - Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies - Assist in developing service strategies - Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams Qualifications Required: - B.E./Diploma/ITI in IT/IC/EE/EC - 04-06 years of relevant experience - Excellent client-interfacing and communication skills - Team leading abilities - Proficiency in MS Office - Basic technical knowledge related work - Decision-making skills Please note that this is a full-time role based in Ahmedabad, and you may be required to travel.
