Assistant Manager - Sales Training

Key Responsibilities:

• To work closely with the Sales Unit with the objective of increasing the productivity of the Unit. This would include, training, coaching & JFW.
• To handhold probationer and ensure probation clearance.
• Ensuring high activation of frontline sales.
• To train and coach Agency Managers on knowledge, skill and to productivity through classroom interaction, joint field work and individual counseling.
• Work in close coordination with BMs for planning and goal setting of Agency Managers.
• Conduct Training sessions on Product and processes for BMs as well as Agency Managers.
• Conduct and train on lead generation activities.
• Responsible for onboarding of Agency Managers through training and assessments.
• Provide adequate support in conducting Customer Meets, Worksites. Driving various specialized initiatives for Branch Retention.

Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge of insurance concepts, basic pricing, product structures, banking and financial products, competitive environment, financial planning and banking and insurance customer behavior
• Training delivery & facilitation skills
• Understanding of various training tools and techniques to be used in the program

Education Background

• Post Graduate/Graduate with 02+ years of experience in sales/training.

This profile requires extensive travelling across all locations of Uttarakhand
