Assistant Corporate Sales Manager noida 5 - 10 years INR 6.0 - 12.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to manage and expand our corporate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through corporate clients, managing inquiries from initial contact to final delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. This role involves proactive engagement with potential clients, follow-ups on all leads, and the development of new business opportunities through cold calling and visits to nearby corporates. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Sales Management: Handle bulk orders and corporate inquiries, ensuring all customer requirements are met and satisfaction is achieved. Lead Follow-Up & Relationship Management: Ensure prompt and consistent follow-up on all inbound inquiries, actively nurturing relationships and converting leads into confirmed orders. Cold Calling & Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities through cold calling and visits to nearby corporate clients, introducing and pitching our product portfolio. Customer Engagement & Negotiation: Engage with customers to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and negotiate favorable terms for bulk orders and corporate deals. Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring a strong pipeline of repeat business and continuous engagement with potential clients. Product Pitching: Actively pitch and present our companys product portfolio to prospects, demonstrating knowledge of the offerings and their benefits. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order progress, providing regular updates to management. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure seamless processing of orders and deliveries. Key Skills & Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales or bulk orders, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong experience in B2B sales, handling corporate clients, and managing large orders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively. Strong negotiation and closing skills, able to manage high-value sales and maintain favorable terms. Ability to identify potential accounts, categorize them based on potential, and prioritize high-value leads. Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

AM/ DM: Accounting (Ecommerce & Quick Commerce) noida 3 - 8 years INR 5.0 - 9.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Accounting to oversee accounting operations related to E-commerce B2B and Quick Commerce platforms. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, handling accounts receivable/payable, reconciling financial data, and ensuring accuracy in transactions with major platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Swiggy, and Zepto . Key Responsibilities: Accounting Operations: Manage end-to-end accounting operations for the E-commerce B2B and Quick Commerce divisions. Handle day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. Track, record, and reconcile sales and returns across multiple platforms. Reconciliation & Reporting: Prepare and reconcile Debtor accounts for E-commerce and Quick Commerce partners. Reconcile payment transactions with platform statements/reports to ensure accuracy. Prepare MIS reports and other analytical dashboards for internal review. Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing disputes including GRN issues, shortages, mismatches, and damaged stock claims. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address discrepancies and improve the reconciliation process. Collections & Forecasting: Assist in preparing collection forecasts for the division, offering insights to optimize cash flow. Monitor and drive collections from platforms within defined timelines. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness for all accounting records. Stay updated with accounting standards , regulatory changes, and industry best practices. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and enhancement within accounting workflows. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing accuracy and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred). 3–8 years of experience in E-commerce B2B or Quick Commerce Accounting . Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Swiggy, and Zepto is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and reconciliation tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
