Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in B2C insurance sales.
Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to increase customer engagement and conversion rates.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize the sales process and improve performance metrics.
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements :

5-13 years of experience in b2c sales or related field (insurance industry preferred).
Candidate must have experience into managing a telesales team of 40-50 people
Candidate must have strong team management skills
Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in domestic sales through outbound processes.
Strong understanding of the insurance industry's products, services, and regulations.
Excellent team handling, team management, and teaming skills with ability to motivate teams for better results.
