Assistant Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and nurture leads through outbound calls.
  • Present tailored real estate options and investment opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain an active client pipeline.
  • Build relationships with high-net-worth clients and guide them through the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales team for client meetings and site visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 35 years of telesales or inside sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in premium services (American Express or similar) preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to meet sales targets.
