Job Description

1. Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Support the development and execution of regional or segment-specific sales strategies.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key accounts to expand market presence.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align campaigns and solutions with customer needs.

2. Team Management & Coaching

  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and activity plans for each team member.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities.
  • Coach team members on consultative selling, negotiation, and account management skills.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Support the team in high-value negotiations and deal closures.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

4. Reporting & Insights

  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to leadership on revenue, pipeline health, and team productivity.
  • Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews and planning sessions.

In This Role, You Will:

Heres What You Need:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 3 years in a people management role.
  • Proven track record of leading a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
