As a Sales and Marketing professional in the field of Mid-Size Excavators and Wheel Loaders, you will be responsible for leading the dealer team to ensure quick closure of orders. Your role will involve active creation and management of the sales pipeline, monitoring, mentoring, and developing the dealer sales team to maximize their output. Additionally, you will be expected to gather market intelligence and stay informed about demand drivers in the industry. Your key responsibilities will include achieving the Annual business plan set with the dealerships, strategically leading the dealership team in the assigned territory by identifying and acquiring potential customers. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 to 9 years of experience in sales of mid-size excavators, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a vibrant personality. Your ability to network effectively and build valuable contacts will be crucial to your success in this position.
