Assistant Manager, Sales

Job Description: As a Sales and Marketing professional, your role will involve the sales and marketing of Mid-Size Excavators and Wheel Loaders. You will be expected to lead the dealer team by setting an example of quick closure of orders. Your responsibilities will include actively creating and managing the sales pipeline, monitoring, mentoring, and developing the dealer sales team to maximize output, as well as gathering market intelligence and keeping track of demand drivers. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving the Annual business plan signed with the dealerships. - Motivating and strategically leading the dealership team in the assigned territory by acquiring potential customers. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 to 9 years of experience in sales of mid-size excavators. - Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a charismatic personality. - Ability to network effectively and build valuable contacts.
