Assistant Manager - Sales

• Exp. in Chillers/ HVAC sales (not project sales).
• Achieving Order booking target (as assigned)
• Sales activities in the region, build & maintain relationship with Consultants, Architects, Contractors, developers - potential and existing Customers in the region. Activity includes travelling within the assigned region for such activities.
• Approval of make, getting specified and lead / enquiry generation.
• Vendor registrations with consultants, govt. organizations, customers.
• Market intelligence, competitor information gathering.
• Scrutiny of enquiries, offer preparation & submission, techno-commercial discussions, negotiations & order finalization.
• Product-wise Equipment Order booking to achieve assigned individual KRA targets and overall targets for the region. Maintain profitability at sales stage.
• Order management, coordination between customer and HO / Factory during order execution, including document submission & approvals, concessional documents, inspection coordination, etc.
• Collection of advance and balance payments, C Form & BG recovery, commercial closing of orders.
• Maintaining the EMS and updating customer and visit records, participation in ISO, 5S and other improvement initiatives, and such special tasks / projects as may be assigned from time to time.
• Coordination for Seminar-related activities in the region, if applicable.
