Responsibilities:
Assisting to manage and grow existing customer relationships by learning past trend, analysing data, creating presenations, etc. Identifying opportunities and securing new customers by Cleaning Analysing Export Data, expertease in - website search, product related information, trend, trade fair details, exhibitors, etc. Assisting to add new customers onboarding in markets like China, South East Asia, Europe and Canada by checking authenticity of customers - sanction check, insurance cover, KYC, Contract, etc. Working collaboratively with operations and quality teams to deliver high level of customer satisfaction. Learning adapting to ERP system, putting orders as and when received Monitor day today order dispatch compliance. Maintain related records. Highlight deviations if any in time Ensuring documentary other mandatory compliance part Manage review collection performance Assist to review monitor performance of the countries Assist - to create or revise SOP in audits Assist in identifying opportunities for developing new markets and new products by cleaning analysing Export Data, expertease in - website search, product related information, trend, trade fair details, exhibitors, etc.
