We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Quality to support and enhance our quality management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in quality systems, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across department. Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality standards and procedures
• Support the quality manager in maintaining NABH standards
• Conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports and ensure timely closure of non conformities
• Conduct staff training on quality policies, SOPs, and patient safety measures
• Participate in accreditation renewal and surveilance activities

Qualifications :

• MBA/ MHA
• 3-5 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management roles
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, audits, and accrediation processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills

Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview.
