Manager Operations

You have a great opportunity to join our organization as an Assistant Manager Operations. We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated individual with an MBA/MHA qualification and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Exceptional soft skills are also a must-have for this role. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the overall operations of the company. You will be required to develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve operational excellence will be a key part of your role. Managing and optimizing resource allocation across departments, analyzing operational data, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, and identifying areas for improvement will also be your responsibilities. Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the operations team, monitoring and evaluating operational performance, and implementing corrective actions when necessary are crucial aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you should have an MBA/MHA qualification or an equivalent educational background. Proven experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. You should also be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism. The salary for this position will be based on your interview performance and experience, and it will be fixed at the time of the interview.
