Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Quality to join our team at HARTING Technology Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of driving quality initiatives.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans to ensure high-quality products.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance overall product quality.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Train and guide team members on quality procedures and best practices.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in engineering or quality management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
