Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Quality to join our team at HARTING Technology Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of driving quality initiatives.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans to ensure high-quality products.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance overall product quality.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Train and guide team members on quality procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in engineering or quality management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
