Assistant Manager Quality Assurance

As an Assistant Manager Quality Assurance at Endress Hauser Flow Aurangabad, your role will focus on ensuring the reliability, consistency, and quality of production processes and final output. You will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with company quality standards and legal requirements. Your key tasks will include: - Assuring the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output - Ensuring company quality standards are met - Reviewing current standards and policies and recommending improvements - Ensuring all legal standards are met - Monitoring and reviewing quality assurance KPIs - Ensuring correct procedures are followed to meet product specifications - Collecting and analyzing data to implement system solutions for quality issues - Maintaining records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation - Implementing knowledge and experience on various quality tools for problem-solving - Validating product and processes based on specifications and quality attributes - Ensuring compliance to product, legal, and various standards requirements through auditing processes - Publishing quality MIS reports on a regular basis - Supporting operations in root cause analysis We expect you to have a degree in BE Mechanical/Production from a reputed institute with 14 to 17 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management. Fluency in English, leadership skills, analytical ability, and the ability to handle customer complaints and customer witness inspections are essential. Knowledge of tools such as PPAP, FMEA, 8D, Poka-yoke, Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), TPM, RCA, NDT (PT, VT, RT), and Welding processes like TIG and MIG are preferred. ISO 9001-2015 Lead Auditor certification is mandatory, and SAP QM knowledge is preferred.
