Role Overview The Assistant Project Manager will support and coordinate store setup, interior execution, vendor management, and site supervision for retail expansion in Delhi or Bangalore. This role is critical in ensuring that new stores are delivered on time, within budget, and up to brand standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute end-to-end store projects from layout approval to final handover. Supervise on-site construction work, including civil, electrical, branding, and fixtures. Liaise with vendors, architects, mall teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution. Maintain project timelines, manage budgets, and track cost sheets with accuracy. Ensure adherence to design guidelines, brand aesthetics, and functional requirements. Prepare and share daily/weekly site progress reports with the central project team. Conduct quality checks during key milestones and ensure proper handover documentation. Support in sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding local vendors when needed. Coordinate store opening readiness—fixtures, lighting, branding, IT setup, and snagging. Travel frequently within the assigned region (Delhi NCR / Bangalore) for site visits and follow-up Requirements Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in retail fit-outs, store expansion, or project coordination. Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendors, BOQs, and layout drawings. Hands-on experience with MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project tracking tools. Ability to multitask and manage multiple site executions simultaneously. Excellent communication, vendor negotiation, and documentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned city and nearby regions. Show more Show less
