Demonstrate efficient and effective use of strategic sourcing and procure-to-pay processes. Develop and communicate in-depth knowledge of key material market suppliers and cost infrastructure. Drive contract and bidding management process. Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures. Maintain and update supplier scorecards and address supplier performance issues. Negotiate and drive component costing and ensure continuous cost reduction. Negotiate commercial and contract terms with suppliers. Who we are looking for Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Working experience of 8-10 years and at least 2 years in the similar or Elevator or Industry. Deep understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement processes and strategies. Ability to interact and negotiate with key suppliers and internal stakeholders on key contracts and services while negotiating in complex and ever-changing environments. Ability to analyze data, market trends, and supplier performance to make informed decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
