Urgent job opening in our PURCHASE DEPARTMENT

Job Role: Assistant Manager – PURCHASE

Procurement for MS PLATES, Angle , chanel , rolled section and welding comaumables , grinding wheel , paint , primer , coils , crane accessories, HR Plates / MS Steel plates (PEB Production's all raw materials).

Job Location: Head Office – DELHI

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5 – 6 Years

Job Responsibilities.

  • Vendor Management: Identify and assess domestic suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements. Maintain strong relationships with existing domestic vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Procurement Process: Execute end-to-end procurement processes domestically, from requisition to delivery coordination. Optimize costs through efficient and timely sourcing of domestic goods and services.
  • Cost Negotiation: Negotiate competitive terms with domestic suppliers to enhance cost-effectiveness. Monitor market trends and pricing for strategic procurement decisions.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control for domestic products, ensuring compliance with specified standards. Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or discrepancies in domestic purchases.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of domestic inventory levels, reconciling with purchase orders. Implement efficient inventory control practices to minimize stockouts and excess inventory domestically.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for domestic procurement, including purchase orders and contracts. Ensure compliance with domestic regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
